ABOUT
A soft landing for the woman outgrowing her old life
My mission is to help women return to themselves.
I’m Keisha
And I work with women who are quietly outgrowing the lives they’ve built—women who look “fine” on the outside but feel restless, disconnected, or numb on the inside. I help them untangle from expectations and programming, reconnect with their bodies and intuition, and create lives that actually feel like theirs.
For a long time, I was that woman too.
I knew how to perform at work and in life—how to be the reliable one, the strong one, the one who could hold everything together. I knew how to hit the goals, show up for everyone else, and keep moving even when something deep inside me was screaming, this can’t be it!
On paper, my life made sense. But inside, it felt like I was living slightly offside of myself—close, but not quite.
My turning point wasn’t dramatic. It was quiet. It was the moment I realized:
I don’t actually know what I want. I only know what I’m supposed to want.
From there, everything softened. I started listening to my body instead of pushing past it, allowing myself to rest without justification, and questioning the old narratives I absorbed about what it means to be a woman who has it all together.
I knew I wasn’t the only one struggling with this quiet, internal unravelling — the feeling of living a life that looked good but didn’t feel true. The more I opened up, the more I realized how many women were carrying the same weight: the pressure to perform, the exhaustion of being everything for everyone, the fear of admitting that something wasn’t working.
That’s why I decided to step into this work. I became a self‑leadership and somatic‑informed coach because I wanted to create the kind of space I desperately needed — a space where women could slow down, tell the truth, reconnect with their bodies, and finally hear themselves.
I found somatic work, breath, and practices that helped me come back into myself—not just think about myself. And along the way, I noticed something:
Every woman I spoke to had her own version of this story.
The woman who had everything she thought she wanted and still felt empty. The woman who kept saying, “I should be grateful,” while quietly breaking inside. The woman who felt the shift but didn’t know how to follow it.
We are not here to live lives that only look good. We are here to live lives that feel true.
Now, I help women who are where I once was:
Women stuck between who they’ve been and who they’re becoming. Women tired of performing and finally ready to feel. Women who are scared to change everything, but even more scared to stay the same.
If you’re reading this and thinking, that sounds like me, it’s not an accident.
Our stories are already in conversation.
A few fun things about me, because you’re not just working with a title—you’re working with a person:
I’m the friend who notices the shift in your voice and asks how your heart is, not just your day.
I love slow, quiet mornings that ease me into myself.
I’m nourished by conversations that go three layers deeper than small talk.
Movement helps me return to my body, and long walks in nature help me return to the present moment.
Ready to begin your untethering?
If you’re ready to stop performing and start becoming…
If you’re ready to feel more grounded, more connected, and more you…
If you’re ready to finally step into the life that’s been calling you…
You’re in the right place.
